The department of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Siddharth Institute of Engineering & Technology, Puttur has emerged as a nodel center of knowledge in the field of Management and its specialized areas like Finance Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management and Information Systems. It was started with the aim of providing an uplift cognition about the business environment and economic growth at National stage and International stage as well. The Department has been well established with hygiene classrooms along with the E-establishment and being dedicated to sounded learning process for the students. Students are being undergone with full fledged training programs and focused on 360 degree career development activities. Continuity programs like Management Skill Devopmental Activities and Management efficiency through Case study approach are followed by the department.


The Department of MBA was established in the year 2006 with a intake of 60 and got increased to 180 as current. It has a crediential of approved research center by JNTUA. Department keeps it’s visionary consistently for the student’s welfare and well wish, headed by Mr.C.P.Gopi MBA, M.Com, M.Phil with 13 years of experience. In short, it has dedicated faculty members who are highly experienced with PhD, NET and SET qualifications. All the faculty members are ratified by JNTUA, Ananatapuramu. Department is often keen in organizing Guest lecture, Industrial Visits, Industry- Instituion Interaction, Seminars at National and International level, Management Meets (Biz Cruise), Soft skills and Apptitude training sessions etc.

The Program Educational Objectives of the Computer Science & Engineering are:

PEO1: Graduates with basic and advanced knowledge in science, mathematics, computer science and allied engineering, capable of analyzing, design and development of solutions for real life problems.


PEO2: Graduates who serve the Industry, consulting, government organizations, or who pursue higher education or research.


PEO3: Graduates with qualities of professional leadership, communication skills, team work, ethical values and ifelong learning abilities.


The following are the program outcomes of Engineering Graduates:

PO1: Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.


PO2: Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.


PO3: Design/development of solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.


PO4: Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and researchmethods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.


PO5: Modern tool usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.


PO6: The engineer and society: Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.

PSO1: Bridge Design: Able to design and validate the various structural elements of bridges of different dimensions.


PSO2: Application of Concrete Technology: Analyze the causes, preventive and corrective measures of cracks in buildings.


PSO3: STAAD Pro. and Riveting software usage: Expertise in STAAD Pro and Revit software for the design of concrete and steel structures.
