ABOUT PLACEMENT CELL

Placements and Training Center(PAT) plays a vital role in networking graduating students with industry & many Technical Institutions. It prepares students for the process of recruitment; simultaneously, it creates awareness among companies about talent at S I E T K, and extends support to them to facilitate recruiting. The PAT is headed by a full time Training & Placement Officer. A team of faculty members assist in coordinating the work of the PAT Center . The college has been consistently topping the list of campus placement of engineers among private engineering colleges extends information, advice, guidance and placement support to students. Career advisers engage them in discussions and students are encourage to attend talks, information fairs and recruitment events.

INFRASTRUCTURE

AUDITORIUM

The college provides state of art world class Auditorium to the students. Many work shops, PPT's, one day seminars including National Symposium has been conducted. It can occupy around 4000 students.

SEMINAR HALL

The college provides a very spacious well seated Two seminar halls to the students. Many work shops, PPT's, one day seminars including National Symposium has been conducted. It can occupy around 600 students each seminar hall.

Industry Academia Partnership Program

An exclusive program in connection with Industry Partners to provide Live Projects as Assignments for the Students to explore real-time solutions for the Industry identified problems.

GD ROOM

The college provides state of art facility for corporate and placement readiness practice trough mock Group Discussions and interviews. There are Six Group Discussions and Fourteen HR-Panels available in the campus

DIGITAL LIBRARY

The college library is very spacious having a plinth area of nearly 7000 sq.ft and acclaimed one of the best in the area and is equipped with CD-Rom video-casettes comprising it to be as the digital Library,the college libray is stocked with more than 15000 volumes of books at present 60 nationals and internationals technical journals, besides almost all the important magzines and newspapers are suscribed to cater the requirements of the students and the staff adequatly.

COMPUTER CENTRE

Ample hundreds of Computer Systems are available to provide regular Training and to conduct Assessments beyond the Curriculum as a part of CRT.

TRAINING

Several professions, such as engineering, science, medicine, and accountancy, need technical or skilled activities. We offer our students unrestricted assistance in learning technical skills such as C, C++, Java, Data Structures, Data Science, Python, Ruby, and Machine Learning.

Learners confidence is boosted by our Corporate Training programme, which includes skills such as goal-setting, teamwork, and stress management training. The purpose of the Campus to Corporate training programme was to provide fresh graduates with tools to help them refine their personal and professional brilliance. This will aid with the transition from education to the workplace, resulting in increased career advancement and professional achievement.
